Living here for 7 years, you experience so many emotions preparing yourself to sell and Matty was there to support us the whole way, no matter the hour or day. He even called us while he was in Paris on annual leave to make sure the settlement was going through smoothly. What real estate agent takes that extra mile to satisfy their client these days? Matty does!
    We got the return we wanted and then some.
    We were provided with renovation advice that assisted in the increase of our profit.
    He genuinely just took care of us throughout the whole process, no question was too silly, no request was too bold.

    He gave me enough time to explore the property as well.

    This is my first home buy, so dont have a much information what I need to do. Every time I asked him for advise, he always gave me a good and proper information.
    I can feel that he is ready and very willing to help and care of his client.

    During the contract, he was keeping a good contact with me. And he answered immediately any questions I asked, and tried to make it what I required.

    Originally bought my property through Matty. Found myself reselling it through him after using another agent who wasn't up to scratch. Matty is knowledgeable and honest which is hard to find in Real Estate. Matty was upfront from day 1 instead of the usual spin agents use which I appreciated.
