    Karen picked up our property after the first exclusive Agent was unsuccessful. Karen did say she was confident to sell "our beautiful home" (her words) and that she thought she would have a contract on it in 2 weeks. Sure, enough she delivered, however, the contract was conditioned to the hilt, in addition to the usual conditions of finance and building, the buyers had to sell two houses to buy ours and one of them had been on the market 5 months. Anyway, with lots of follow up and messages of reassurance the contract held together, and the house sold. Karen is friendly, warm and caring.
